Shipping
All goods are printed in Japan and shipped worldwide by tracked airmail. Typical delivery time is 5–14 days depending on your country. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
グッズはすべて日本国内で製作し、追跡付き航空便で世界中へ発送します。お届けまでの目安は5〜14日です。発送時に追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。
Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
関税・輸入税が発生する場合は受取人のご負担となります。
Returns
Items are printed on demand, so we cannot accept returns for reasons of personal preference. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free of charge.
商品は受注生産のため、お客様都合による返品はお受けできません。破損・不良品が届いた場合は、到着後14日以内に写真を添えてご連絡ください。無償でお取り替えいたします。
Privacy policy ／ プライバシーポリシー
We collect your email address only when you sign up for restock notifications, and we use it only to send those notifications. We do not sell or share your data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
再入荷通知にご登録いただいた場合のみメールアドレスをお預かりし、再入荷のお知らせ以外には使用しません。第三者への販売・共有は行いません。メール内のリンクからいつでも配信停止できます。
Purchases are processed by our shop platform (e.g. SUZURI); their privacy policy applies to payment information. We never see your card details. This site uses no tracking cookies.
